Packet 07 — Intake Procedure

Procedural reference; effective for current intake class.

Intake Procedure

This Packet describes the standard intake sequence for new operators.

  1. Identification. Operator provides callsign + at-least-one auth method.
  2. Mentor pairing. Operator selects mentor lineage from approved roster (Vance / Morrow / Vega).
  3. Service Record establishment. Operator's record opens at rank 1, clearance α.
  4. First Descent. Operator completes a Shakedown Directive.

The Office considers intake complete on the operator's first FILED outcome. Pre-FILED operators are 'inducted but not vested.'
