The Office maintains three mentor archetypes for new-operator pairing.
Sgt. Elena Vance — Veteran Operator
Vance is the operational mentor. Her advice is procedural and survivable. Operators paired with Vance show better RECALL outcomes than average.
Dr. Iris Morrow — Office Quartermaster
Morrow is the materiel mentor. Her advice is logistical. Operators paired with Morrow demonstrate stronger gear discipline.
Lt. Marcus Vega — Field Tactician
Vega is the tactical mentor. His advice is engagement-specific. Operators paired with Vega show better FILED-via-boss-kill ratios.
Operators may inherit lineage from up to all three. The Office encourages this.
