The ladder
The schedule runs alpha through omega. Clearance advances with Case File closures, Directive completion, and time served. Clearance is a procedural threshold, not an endorsement (ref. Packet 22).
The highest clearance any Operator has held is ζ.
Intermediate designations
Seventeen designations stand between ζ and ω. Each is maintained. Each has a form. Each form is audited annually. The audit line for each of the seventeen reads: form present, form blank, form correct.
No intermediate designation has been granted. The Office notes that a designation never granted has also never been revoked. The schedule is, in this respect, in excellent standing.
What each intermediate designation admits its holder to is recorded on the reverse of its form. The reverse of each form is [RESTRICTED].
